Step 1: Identify Your Goals, Content Pillars, and Required Assets
If you’re an entrepreneur or want to market yourself or your services, getting some footage of you or your products “in action” is a great way to show your site visitors, social media followers, and customers what you’re all about.
But first, you need to know your specific marketing and content objectives. So, spend 30–45 minutes mapping out:
Your Goals: Do you want to attract new clients? Promote a specific service? Hype up your experience? Showcase your latest work? Pick 2-3 main objectives, which will dictate your entire batch content creation process.
Your Content Pillars: I tell my clients that they should have at least 3-4 content pillars or themes. Rotating through these every week or month makes you or your business more exciting and rewarding to follow, and blossoms into loyalty and sales.
